What the hell is the Photo deTour Gang?
Rappers? Urban Gang? OFWC?
The PdTG is a group of photographers that get together on Mondays and go to local Bay Area spots to create images. This is an opportunity to get those creative juices going with fellow photographers, exchange ideas, and meet new people.
The group consists mostly of professional photographer with a few aspiring pros to mix it up.
We generally meet during the fall/winter 8-am every Monday at a convenient location and return back around 2pm. During Spring and Summer we alternate early morning sunrise and sunset locations. During the long days we will meet at 5am for a sunrise shoot, and then the next Monday at 5pm for a sunset location shoot.
Each week one of the group members picks a spot to go too and is the driver for his/her event. If we have more than four we use two vehicles. Presently we have around 15 members and 3-5 make most outings.
