NEW Prospective Members – Annual Dues and Application Fee Please download, complete, and bring to meeting the membership application form. Payment and application documents must both be received to begin your membership process.  
New Professional Active – $185/year
New Additional Active (in conjunction with Professional Active member) – $135/year
