BIO: Jules studied film at UCSB, which lended itself to her cinematic, storytelling photographic style. After working in the film industry for seven years, she decided she needed to do more valuable work, so she started shooting weddings. Since then, she’s been honored to have her work published in People, Los Angeles Weddings, Destination I Do, Today’s Bride, The Knot, Bride & Bloom, Ceremony, & Your Wedding Day magazines and featured in professional samples from Leather Craftsmen, Willowbooks, Livebooks, Kolo, and Pictage. Besides shooting, she also loves teaching. She has been mentoring photographers for a few years now, as well as teaching her own seminars and speaking for associations such as Pictage’s Partnercon, the Professional Photographers of the Greater Bay Area, the Professional Photographers of Channel Islands, and Kevin Kubota’s Digital Bootcamp.
